•    Order Confirmation: All orders placed through our website or over the phone are subject to acceptance by Southern Peach Cargo. Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase.
•    Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required before any trailer is shipped. Once the deposit is received, our scheduling department will reach out to arrange delivery. For financed trailers, delivery scheduling will occur once full payment is received from the financial institution.
•    Payment Methods: For final payments, we accept cash, cashier's check, and money order upon delivery. For financed trailers, payments must be made through the financing institution.
•    Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.
3. Shipping and Delivery
•    Delivery Scheduling: After your deposit or payment is received, our delivery department will reach out to schedule a delivery date.
•    Delivery Conditions: Customers must be present at the agreed-upon delivery location to receive the trailer and make the remaining payment. If no one is available at the delivery site, additional charges may apply for rescheduling the delivery.
•    Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping fees will be disclosed before order confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
•    Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a $150 processing fee will be charged to cover administrative and processing costs. The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
•    Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping fees (both ways) and the $150 processing fee. Once the item is returned in good condition, we will process your refund minus applicable fees.
•    Refunds for Financed Purchases: If your order was financed, any refunds will be processed according to the terms set by your financial institution. You may still be subject to processing and shipping fees.
5. Warranty and Manufacturer Claims
All trailers sold by Southern Peach Cargo come with manufacturer warranties. Any issues with the trailer after delivery must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Southern Peach Cargo is not responsible for warranty claims, repairs, or disputes with the manufacturer. Warranty details and contact information will be provided with your trailer documentation.
6. Use of the Website
•    Content Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Southern Peach Cargo. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content without our written permission is prohibited.
